Refund & Return Policy
1) Returns, refunds, and exchanges for customer convenience
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations due to customer convenience (including but not limited to: change of mind, ordering the wrong item, size/color expectations, or differences in texture/appearance that are characteristic of natural leather).
Please note: natural leather may show unique markings such as minor scars, wrinkles, grain variation, and tonal shifts. These are considered part of the material’s character and are not treated as defects.
2) Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
While we carefully inspect every item, if any of the following occurs, we will offer a refund, replacement, or exchange at our discretion:

The item arrives damaged

You receive an incorrect item (different from what you ordered)

Clear photos of the item and packaging (including the shipping label if possible)
Return shipping cost (for eligible cases)
For eligible cases under Section 2, return shipping will be covered by us (we will provide instructions, such as a prepaid label or a return method).
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused and returned with all original packaging and included items, unless otherwise instructed.
Refund timing
After we confirm the returned item (or once we can verify the issue such as damage or wrong item via photos), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in principle, and the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank/card issuer.

お客様のご都合による返品・返金・交換、ならびにご注文確定後のキャンセルは承っておりません。
(例:イメージ違い、注文間違い、サイズ・カラーのご希望違い、天然皮革特有の個体差 等)
※天然皮革には、動物が生前に負った小さな傷・シワ・血筋、革の部位によるシボ感の差、色の濃淡などの個体差が見られる場合があります。これらは素材の特性であり、原則として不良には該当いたしません。
2)商品の破損・不良品・誤配送による返品・返金・交換について
商品の品質には十分注意しておりますが、以下に該当する場合は、当社負担にて「返金/交換(または代替対応)」を行います。
